It gives me no pleasure to leave anything but a five-star rating however, I will make an exception In this case. The staff is amazing, professional and always welcoming. That being said, I can't provide the same enthusiasm for Dr. Richardson. I have no complaints with his skills as a physician, as he seems very knowledgeable about his craft. However, his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. No one should be made to feel unimportant. This is the sole reason for my leaving this office

Dr. Richardson knows how to communicate with his patients. He listens, understands and works with his patients instead of just barking commands and answers any and all questions you may have. I always leave his office feeling confident in my treatment.
