This doctor is uncaring, unprofessional and remiss in supervising his staff. An unknown impairment drug was given prematurely to knock me out before surgery. But his nurse neglected to first ask if I had a living will, prompting the doctor to call Penn Medicine's General Counsel before proceeding....Read More
