Was in the room only a couple minutes to act like my concern wasn’t one at all. Very rude and acted like he didn’t care. Won’t be seeing him again.

Unprofessional
I’ve seen Dr. Nuebauer for years. Last month I had an appointment and he actually walked out on me as I was asking a question. Never even turn back to look. Very unprofessional. This is Forefront Dermatology.

Quick and Easy
The visit was quick and super easy. This was my first visit with a dermatologist and I was a bit nervous. Doctor and his team helped me feel comfortable and listened to from the moment I checked in and got help with my insurance to the staff who helped me prepare for the doctor to complete his exam. They even stayed after he finished to make sure I understood everything. Thank you!

Dr and nurse both very very rude and sarcastic. Will never go back. They spoke to myself and my husband (the patient) in a way that no health care worker should ever speak to a patient that is asking questions about a medical issue.

Doctor spent 5 minutes with me. Not a hello or a goodbye. He was sarcastic, rude and condescending. Talked to me like i was an idiot. Avoid if you can.

I made the mistake of booking an appointment and re-scheduling last minute with a doctor I didn’t thoroughly research (same facility). After having an appointment set up and unable to cancel, I then saw not so great reviews. Talk about concerns not being addressed and being very condescending...that was SPOT on for Dr. John Neubauer. I have never felt more “ashamed” to be openly addressing my concerns. He made me feel like what I thought about my own body was irrelevant. I had gone to a skin doctor last year and they actually told me to follow up on these so I was doing as asked. What a joke. I will definitely not be recommending him at all. He didn’t even look at my entire body or ask me to stand up to see the back of my body. He just saw my upper back and hips when I was seated on the chair. The PA was nice, but I pulled her aside to ask if every doctor was like this and she stated the Crest Hill has the better ones. Thankfully, I was in and out no issues with my wait time.

What a frustrating experience. I had to enter my pre-registration information three times, and they still asked me for information I had already provided. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, despite the fact that I had verbally confirmed the pharmacy address twice, in addition to the three times I entered it online. The doctor spent less than three minutes with me, and came off as condescending. Never again; I would go to a veterinarian rather than going there again.

Overall a bad experience every time we have gone in the past 6 months. We get to our appointments early, but still have to wait 40-50 mins. before we get in to see the Dr. There is a sign at the front desk saying to tell them if we are waiting 30 mins past our scheduled time. I don't know why we have to tell them, they don't do anything about it anyway, and shouldn't they already know? Very rude to make people wait that long with no explanation, feels like my time doesn't matter. Maybe the office should try better time management with appointments. Then he spends 8 mins and 41 seconds with me (yes, I set my timer on my phone!) only to send me off with yet another prescription, then says we can also try the medical spa treatments they have there, it might help. Communication would help. Also, his attitude stinks, my child even wanted to say something to him about the way he spoke to me at the last appt., very condescending! It's too bad. One star only, it is required to give it.

Appointment was for 10:50, got called back at 11:30, seen at 11:40 for an exam that was rude, brusque and lasted less than 5 minutes. Was told to come back for a procedure for a diagnosis that doesn't make sense at all. Needless to say, I'm going to find a new dermatologist.
