Referred to an MRI "I had" from p/w on clipboard from another patient. Still uses pen/ paper and fax, no computer in sight. Nothing wrong with that but seemed to be attitude to any advances including scientific testing. Asked about a RNA blood test to help in diagnosis. I think I bruised his ego. Refused. He ordered Brain MRI and blood work. Refused to have Spinal tap or Spinal MRI done. He said to go back to my GP and that it wasn't Neurological problem. Still suffering $1k plus in costs !!

If I could give this office a negative review I most certainly would. The office staff is horrible. She was supposed to send paperwork to see a Dr in a large hospital weeks of calling dr Nack's office and hearing it's on the Drs desk we have sent everything over. Only to find out when I called the Drs office in the large hospital that nothing had been sent. Dr. Nack himself does not want to spend anytime with his pts or make changes as needed, my mothers condition is getting worse and no changes

He's rude. Staff's rude. Sent me a letter stating he could no longer see me...I called & wrote, to find out why. We don't need a reason was the response.

Seeing Dr. Nack was the worst experience with a doctor I'd ever had! His staff was ruse. The music in the office was rather loud. He never looked at any of my test results or MRIs that was sent over from my pcp and the hospital. He wouldn't compare them to the previous tests/MRIs I had brought from doctors I'd seen before I moved. He was condescending. No one should have to see him and be treated like he treated me.
