Worst orthopedic surgeon I realized too late. Unfortunately I had left a very good doctor for a 2nd opinion with him. My previous doctor O'Brian recommended some gel shots which he said would cost $600. When I went to doctor Meier he said that the shots are covered by Medicare. I thought I was getting gel shots but instead he gave me dextrose shots which brings him money from Medicare. He said I had to have them 3 times. It was the most painful shots in my knee with large needles & it just wasn't 1 shot it was about 2-3 at the same time. It was excruciating. I finally had arthroscopic surgery with him which was a disaster. It is 4 years later & I'm still walking with a painful limp. He made my pain worse than it was before from a massage injury. A reviewer said his surgery was too invasive which was also my case. I had a very slight meniscus tear. I chose Dr Meier because he had mostly 5 star ratings. They get these unethically & called me to give A 5 * rating in the 1st month. SHAM

DO NOT GO!!!! HE DOES NOT CARE. Dr Meier saw my child 12 yrs. He was in huge hip pain, could not walk. Dr Meier said overuse of muscles, need ex ray. We did the ex ray, send it Dr Meier. Called 24 hrs after Ex ray report but the doctor was too busy to talk to me (12 year old child in crustal pain) I called again, the doctor was busy again. I asked the doctor to call back discuss report. The doctor did not call at all. DO NOT GO to dr Meier.
