I am thankful for the surgeries . Costly though with the over active autoimmune disorder systemically disregarded. Patients with lesser degree fair better than the few with severely over active immune symptoms. A difficult chronic task to remis. Awful symptoms for sever autoimmune ravishes individuals that are dismissed. Medical studies tubulate 1-2 % "completed suicide " rates. Difficult for physician and patient. Agnostic "god complex" changes "Hippocratic oath" to "Hypocritic oath" .

I'm alive today because of Dr. Medwell. That's a fact. He was a brilliant surgeon and pulled me back from colon cancer stage 4 after a botched surgery but Dr. Amir Basterous. Also, I'm amazed at other reviews dated after September 2018 because Dr. Medwell retired in October 2018.

Hotheaded. Arrogant, talks at patient in condescending way. Rushed appointments. Over months, dismissed growing patient pain post-surgery and didn't attempt to diagnose cause of pain (infection). Didn't listen to any concerns patient had about an infection that occurring near the surgery site (in fact, changed the subject). After the above appointment, terminated patient care (despite infection at surgery site still remaining and no new care provider selected) for odd unpaid bill that patient never received notice for (sloppy staff?). Had to go to a different hospital to clean up the infected wound and tissue damage.

This guy is a hot head. Very rude, argumentative, doesn't explain what needs to be done. Has no explanation for what is causing the problem repeatedly, but wants money to do surgery on it. Keeps asking about sexual orientation which has nothing to do with surgery or an abcess. Very rude and very evil vibe from this guy. For as many certifications as he has, I've had to go back so many times to have surgery redone over and over. Avoid Medwell or anyone else in his office.

Though my experience with Dr. Medwell is not recent I feel it is solid. He truly I view him as an outstanding physician. He gave me the best care and got me through stage 4 colon cancer. His diagnosis was on target. He answered questions and didn't waste time referring me to another great physician for treatment in my hometown. Dr Medwell has a network of capable colleagues and he knew exactly where to send me for top care. I have been cancer free for 13 years, thanks to Dr. Steve Medwell.
