My fiance went in to see him to get help with her mental health. She had seen him multiple times previously. When she went in, he accused her of being a drug addict even though she is the furthest thing from it. He screamed at her in his office and ordered her to leave. She called me crying because of how he treated her. This is not someone who should be in charge of helping someone with mental health. It all stemmed from one prescription another doctor gave her a while back, which she actually never even took so she forgot about it and since she didn't mention it to him, he became accusatory towards her.

Cancelled my appointment 4 hours beforehand, because he refuses to do telehealth. Website says "all providers do telehealth". Had the telehealth appointment for 5 weeks. Should have made an exception or let me know that weeks ago. Instead I get to wait even longer to see a provider. 1 Star for him 1 star for BHSI administration.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lutzwick. I have gone on medication in the past for depression and was off of it for about a year. I told him the medicaations that I had tried previously that did not work and that I just wanted to go back on my previous medication and he was more than caring and listened to me and my request. He also had great availability. With medication management the average wait time is about 4-6 weeks and he had availability within a week. I am very pleased with my experience!

I have been seeing Dr Lutzwick for 3 years for PTSD medication management. I like that he doesn't force me into anything, but explains why he thinks a medication would help. He also respects that I've had reactions to ssri medication in the past and doesn't push those as other Drs have. Yeah, he's late to every appointment, but I feel that has more to do with the shortage of good MH Drs. I'd much rather wait for him, than get a cookie cutter Dr that doesn't listen. I also have to pay OOP to see him now, but I think it's worth it. Could he be better? Sure, but I've had some really terrible Drs and he isn't that.

Has been significantly late to every appointment. He looks sloppy and unkept. I have had to call EVERY month for the past year to get him to refill my prescriptions for depression and anxiety. He is very irresponsible.

Dr. Lutzwick should be suspended from practicing medicine and psychiatry. He treated my son with complete disrespect, yelled at him and called him a liar. There is no excuse for his behavior especially given is role in treating people with anxiety. We will be making a formal complaint to the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

Unprofessional, careless and unskillful in dealing with patients with depression, anxiety and PTSD. A reviewer on another site said that Dr. Lutzwick is over paid, overworked, uncaring, unprofessional so called dr. who I think needs help of his own. I would completely agree with that statement. I would not recommend this so-called professional to anyone. And I would not go to another clinic that allows its doctors to treat its patients with such disrespect.
