Arcadia, CA |
Dr Lin is the best. But the staff at the front desk are some of the rudest people I know. That is the reason I am not inclined to recommend this practice.
Rancho Cucamonga, CA |
Mary the receptionist has no patience at all. She is beyond rude and very unprofessional. I refuse to talk to her so she passed me to jasmin and she was rude aswell

Dr. Lin is amazing. Not only is he extremely intelligent, kind and knowledgeable but he is thorough, explained everything very specifically and took his time to make sure all of my questions were answered. His staff was also just as awesome! Highly recommend Dr Lin!
in Monrovia, CA |
First visit went great, doctor was thorough and explained his diagnosis. Second visit I never made it into exam. Waited an hour and 45min to get in before I walked out. Staff told me it would be a while longer before he would see me. Exactly how incompetent are people that their schedule is 2hrs off? No appreciation for the patients time, we are the customers that pay you ...aren't we?
