Dr. Leibowitz' surgery left me in pain for 2 years, and two more surgeries to repair the damage. He told me that he was going to do a minor procedure to open a tear duct in my eye. Dr. Leibowitz is a sneaky person and creepy. He scheduled my follow-up to my procedure to 95 days after the procedure, so that the fee could not be included in the procedure cost. The follow-up must be 90 days or less from the procedure to be considered a follow-up with out a charge. Yet he had it...more
