Both my husband and I have had surgery by Dr. Kann. He was very kind and informative. Both of our surgeries went great as well as our recoveries.

Dr Kann operated on both wrists for carpal tunnel at the same visit (at my request) and it was very successful. I arrived at 5am and was home (an hrs ride) by 8:30 am All went well, recovered in several days . Never any problems since. Have recommended him to others. They all say the same.

Dr Kann operated on my 92 year old mother; she came through with flying colors. I only interacted with him pre-op in the hospital. He patiently explained the procedure and reassured me that the operation would be successful and would improve my mother's quality of life. I found him kind and professional.

Dr. Kann has a horrible personality. He did not care about me as a patient one bit. I ended up going to another orthopedic doctor o my to find out that the treatment Dr. Kann did made my hand worse. Think twice before seeing this clown who is supposed to be a doctor.

Wish I was leaving a positive review, but honestly, I've never been treated with such swift disregard. I certainly wasn't expecting above and beyond from a busy orthopedic, but you'd think he would at least ask ONE question about my pain before jumping to conclusions and dismissing my concerns. I understand that my condition may not be as severe or as interesting as others but treat me like a human, please?

Dr kann did left and right carpal tunnel surgery back in 2005. I have had zero problems since. It was a quick and painless recovery. I was back to work by the end of the same week.

I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. Dr. Kann runs his surgeries like an assembly line with focus on speed. He did not provide any information to me before or after surgery about what to expect during the recovery/healing process. I'm sure the surgery was done well. He needs to improve his interaction with patients.

Great experience. Thought for certain I would need surgery on wrist and he recommended we first try PT, a brace and cortisone. Over a 12 month period the pain gradually disappeared and I did not need the surgery. A surgeon telling you to avoid surgery---that is integrity. Although I may still need it in the future, at least this Dr tells the truth.

I had carpal tunnel surgery June, 2016. Had many issues with it not healing. Finally had another EMG test this year. Lo and behold, I still have carpal tunnel in the same hand that he supposedly did the surgery on. I would absolutely not recommend him to anyone. If you want a Doctor who will address any problems that you might encounter, find another Doctor.

Dr. Kann did my carpal tunnel surgery 2-weeks ago. I was able to go back to work that night. It was a wonderful experience. I have recommended him to several colleagues due to the lack of time off needed. It was happy that I was able to get tested the same day, & scheduled for surgery 4-days later. I have been to him twice before for other hand related issues and each time was very knowledgeable and taught me why I was having issues.

All Dr. Kann did was take x-rays. When I tried to have a discussion about my pain, I was dismissed. When I tried to ask questions about alleviating the pain, I was dismissed. Kann dismissed me over and over again. He was in a rush to be rid of me, not to have a conversation about Sports Medicine. I was told that, instead of running so much, perhaps I should "grab some of my little girlfriends and take one of those little spinning classes." Kann did not take me seriously as an athlete or patient.
