saginaw , mi |
wait time in the office is well over an hour everytime we come it's packed with people who said they've waited 1.5 hours already. Does not spend time to explain things. leaves you feeling confused.
St. Louis, MI |
Though my husband and I didn't have to wait long for our appointment, it wasn't worth the short wait he had. Dr. Jensen refused to check my husbands prostate "Because why? No way in h*** he has an enlarged prostate. He's still young." Even though we were referred BECAUSE he has an enlarged prostate. Dr. Jensen was by far the most unprofessional (swearing incessantly) and arrogant specialist we have ever seen. I wouldnt recommend him.
in Pinconning, MI |
Very compassionate and understanding, with a refreshing sense of humor. Took the time to listen and to talk to me about my medical issues. He made it easy for me to talk to him. He truly is an expert, and the best, at what he does and I felt comfortable placing my life in his hands. Everything went exactly as he told me they would. My surgery went perfectly and I am cancer free! After surgery he took the time to talk to my husband to inform him of exactly how things went. Great doctor and person

I felt that Dr. Jensen was very knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns so well that I did not need to ask my prepared questions. I did feel rushed and am not convinced that he took the time to consider all the symptoms. Follow up tests will determine if his diagnosis was correct.

He is wonderful. I have had surgery with him and the outcome was great. He always answers all your questions or concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a great doctor.
Freeland Michigan |
He is into bigger hurry and does not stay with patient long enough for the patient to get their questions answered The office wait times are terrible we waited three hours in the waiting room and another hour and a half in the exam room before we could even see the doctor This is absolutely unacceptable and I would not go back if I had the choice
