My appology for the delay in responding. My appointment was right on time and Dr Horan was on time as soon as his assistant met with me. He had already read my Xrays and we discuss shots which I agreed. I was thrilled with the entire appointment and even better my pain was healed. My follow up was by phone due to Covid. Thanks so much to Dr Horace and his staff.

After going to multiple providers over two years of trying to get a diagnosis for my shoulder pain my PCP finally sent me for an MRI it revealed my torn rotator cuff issue. I found Dr. Horan on my search for an in network provider. I don't think a better choice cold have been made. I had aWonderful experience from the front desk staff through to Dr. Horan and his surgical assistant. Dr. Horan tell's you exactly what to expect with your surgery and post-op therapy. If I have an orthopedic need again I will definitely contact this practice first. An extra bonus was that the anesthesiologist was also in network and very reasonable. Absolutely the best experience all around.

I have seen Dr Horan 3 times for different minor ailments. He was timely, professional, informative and respectful. Dr H reviewed my situation and treatment options. His conservative approach has been successful. As a fellow health care provider, I really liked Dr Horan and would happily recommend him. Dealing with the schedulers requires some patience, though.

My experience at Dr Horan's office was very helpful. The staff was welcoming and explained the extra paper work to me very well. Doctor Horan met with me right on time and was very helpful explaining my knee pain to me. We talked about treatment , and I felt very comfortable leaving with a good plan for me. Doctor Horan has treated both me and my husband in the past. And we would never hesitate recommending him to our friends. JoAnn Gates

I was impressed with the efficient way my initial visit was handled. Aside from the four page questionnaire that took awhile to answer, the process was quick and straightforward. Wait time was minimal but Dr. Horan took the necessary time to examine me, review the X-rays and give me his diagnosis. I would recommend him unconditionally.

Love Dr. Horan! He was patient, kind, very informative and answered all of our questions prior to and after knee surgery. He even gave us pictures of the inside of my knee! This experience was way better than my previous knee surgery with another doctor. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Horan and his staff.

Had rotator cuff surgery never was able to use arm after surgery then I got adhesive capitalists which is frozen shoulder. Then Dr Horan said I needed a shoulder manipulation he then did that and ripped my rotator cuff all apart all four muscles that is the rotator cuff and even other muscles that aren’t. Had a another MRI he then lied to me about my MRI and said he didn’t think he could fix it but would try if I wanted him to. I have since went to another surgeon to fix all what he did to me. The surgeon wasn’t able to fix everything because there was massive tears. Hoping I’m able to have some function of my arm. If not I’m going to have to have a reverse shoulder surgery. Dr Horan has made me worst then I was when I walked in his office. I would truly run away from this doctor when you see him!

He is very explanatory, honest and had my best Interests in mind. I had another doc tell me I needed a knee replacement like right now. Dr. Horan said I would need a replacement at some point in time just not right now. He reviewed the xrays with me and pointed out the issues. In addition I had a follow up question and left him a message about and Dr. Horan personally called me back within a short amount of time which I appreciated; he didn’t leave it for a nurse or office staff to call me back. He listens and cares. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing knee issues. Another thing is he was on time and didn’t make me wait for an hour only to spend a few minutes with me. He didn’t rush me and I felt like I had an adequate amount of time to address my needs. Really liked him.
