I made an appointment, I was in tremendous pain. I thought it was my shoulder, not really sure. Dr Horan seem in a hurry, advised an x-ray of the shoulder and told me there was nothing wrong with the shoulder. I pressed, trying to get some kind of help. I asked if it could be under the shoulder, apparently my time was up. He gave me a prescription for 6 weeks of Physical Therapy. So it turns out, I have a Arthritic Growth on my neck pressing on several nerves and muscles. Thanks for nothing.

I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Horan. I fell on the ice four years ago, injured my shoulder which never healed. Unfortunately I fell on the ice again and injured my shoulder even more. I was in horrible pain, could not get comfortable or sleep. One visit to Dr. Horan my shoulder has improved 85 percent. Thank you Dr. Horan!!

Experiencing elbow pain/tendinitis. Able to make next day appt. Saw Dr Horan. Office staff pleasant and professional, on time, X-ray on site for quick diagnosis, received cortisone shot and on my way. My second time seeing Dr Horan (first was several years ago for rotator cuff surgery) and have had great service and results both experiences.

Very short wait to see Dr Horan. Dr was on time to the appointment. He had read the notes before, listened to my issues, took an x-ray confirming what he thought to be the issue. Gave me two options for resolving the pain I was having. I took the option of a shot to reduce water that was building up in my joints....and I feel like I have 100% recovered.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Horan for over three years and have been very pleased with the results of my surgery and post operative care. Dr Horan listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain what’s going on and offer options based on your situation. Dr. Steve Horan has performed two knee surgeries on me. The first was an ACL reconstruction. I had a fall down stairs with my knee caught behind me. I am a tennis player and I knew that the fall had re-torn my ACL that Dr. Horan had reconstructed; not even two years prior. Even though the fall was a workman's comp claim, I was fully prepared to go through my own insurance in order to get Dr. Horan's care. Fortunately, my ACL was fully intact and I just needed minor meniscus repair.

I have seen Dr. Huran for elbow, knee and shoulder issues in the last few years. I really like how he is frank and concise, and in a heart beat will tell me out-of-the-box and inexpensive options when the classic approaches haven't worked. And his simple ideas cured my PT-resistant tennis elbow issues! I also love how he involves the patient in analyzing the x-rays, describing exactly what he is looking for, what is very healthy about your joint, and what is of concern.
