Dr. Hao performed a catheter ablation for my AFib in 2016. Since then, I have not experienced AFib episode for more than three years. He has a large annual volume for catheter ablation, which is one of the major criteria in selecting electrophysiologist in my view as a patient. He is well trained and teamed up with the renown electrophysiologist Dr. Natale.

I have been a patient of Doctor Hao for several years now. He has always been straight forward about the benefits of one or more ablations and his analysis has proven correct. After three ablations I now have a much more normal experience with my heart issues. I commend Dotor Hao for his patience and committment to the long term benefits of his care.

Nervous, miserable experience with him and his office. After ablation procedure today, 10/24/18 I finally got to see him (50 days) after being initially shuttled to his "Health Care Team" (i.e. Nurse Practitioner) for my followup. He and his office did not contact me at anytime after my procedure. I did at minimum expect someone from Sutter CPMC, him or his office to phone and ask, "How are you?" following the procedure. I will not return to his office although he may be a wonderful clinician
