My elderly father waited over an hour In a crowded waiting room, unable to remain 6’ from others during this pandemic, and received a three minute appointment. Disgusting and disappointing. I would not recommend anyone See this doctor or the ORA practice in Muscatine, and be subjected to that kind of health care.

Our experience was not good. My son broke his arm and the dr was not accommodating. Please save yourself the time and effort and go to someone else. The nurses and him did not care about our thoughts or feelings when it came to the surgery or the hard cast. They literally let my son scream while they were putting it on. And would not stop. It was horrible. Please go to someone that cares and has compassion for their patients

Staff was very polite and got me processed in a reasonable time. Whole the time I spent waiting to speak to the doctor was cumbersome, it's understandable because he had to review an MRI and x-rays that were taken prior to speaking with me.

Dr .Boardman is a great Dr. whom I've had the great experience previously when he repaired my left knees after I tore my mcls . My knee feels like it's new again and I can't thank him enough for that . When recently I had a rollover accident ,my left shoulder required surgery for a rotator tear . When they asked who I wanted for to have it repaired by ,I asked for Dr. Boardman . He gives the truth about your injury and actually cares about the patient . He has such a great humor that really makes you feel comfortable and not anxious about the procedure . Would I recommend him to others......without blinking an eye . His post procedure timeline for rehabilitation is on point ,while others start you too soon which can undo the repair and cause you more downtime . Hands down he's the best for any ORA procedure and the definite choice for me should I have any more accidents that require his services .

Great doctor that gives you alternatives before jumping into surgery. However his surgery and many checkups afterwards are excellent. Never leaves you wondering what something is. Ask anything about repair, surgery, and follow ups before, during, and after physical therapy. Love this extremely talented and caring doctor.
