Dr. Blasdell specializes in hip, knee and shoulder reconstruction and has provided expert orthopaedic care to patients in Hampton Roads for more than 26 years. He has a special interest in partial knee replacements and tailors his surgical techniques to promote rapid recovery with less pain. Dr. Blasdell enjoys spending quality time with his patients, giving them the extra care he believes each person deserves.
Dr. Blasdell is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed two years of general surgical training at the Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, followed by three years of orthopaedic training at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York.
