I had a phone appointment with Dr. Beer scheduled for 2:45 on 9-28-20. After waiting until 4:15 with no contact, I called the office and rescheduled for 10-28-20 at 2:30. As of 4:00 that date I was still waiting on a call. Poor management or very poor manners.

Dr. Beer did a 3 level fusion in my c-spine in May of 2019. I have been very pleased with the results, especially considering he was also repairing the shoddy workmanship of another dr. I highly recommend Dr. Beer and his staff. You do have to be really really patient because they are almost never on time. But the good result made it worth it.

They are very helpful and will take the time to get you feeling better. The office staff is always very friendly and very helpful. I have been to a lot of Dr. for my back since 2011 and no one was able to help me. So in 2018 I was told to go see Dr. Beer and see if he could help me , so I did and in Oct. 2018 I had surgery on the lower back and a year later I'm feeling a lot better. Thank you very much for caring.

This has been one of the absolute worst doctors I have met in my life. His patients are not his first priority. Sadly, you would tell Dr Beer your med history, then you get stuck with a PA because Beer wouldn't see you. You would AGAIN have to tell your extensive history, then another visit, yet AGAIN need to tell your history. No one cared enough to put this important info in the computer. And you would be waiting hours upon hours for him to show up for appointments. We should have learned

Dr Steve Beer was really kind to me. I was so reluctant and nervous to go through all this but I really didn't have any other option at this point. His office was courteous, warm, and made me feel comfortable with my decision to see Dr Beer. Our procedure went smoothly and I feel like I'm back to the old me. Well almost! Thank You Wyo Spine.

Dr. Steve was a Godsend. I was in so much pain and after we went through the appropriate measures we decided it was best to have surgery. My back hasn't felt this good since I was much younger. Thanks Dr. Steve and the entire staff at Wyoming Spine."

I would recommend Dr Steve to anyone that is in pain with back/neck problems. He saw me after 6 weeks of 10+ pain and within a week he had alleviated the pain through surgery and got me back to my healthy self. Previously I had struggled through 5 different doctors, none of them could find the problem, let alone fix it. Personally, I have been around doctors after being in the medical profession for 50 + years and I can tell you Steve Beer is one of the best I have had the privilege to meet.

We just saw Dr. Beer yesterday in Douglas. First off, he was an hour and a half late. Room was full of people waiting. WAY overbooked. So we finally get to see him and as NEW patients ,we of course had a lot of questions. KEEP LOOKING. This guy is rude, egotistical, doesn't listen and doesn't have time for you. Our appointment lasted MAYBE 10 minutes. We got to our car ,looked at each other and said "what just happened " . I went back in and got our records. We will continue our search.

Last summer, I ruptured a disc in my neck. After several treatments from other doctors as well as a painful shot, the pain not only persisted but also intensified. As a result, I went to Dr. Beer. He came highly recommended, and he and his staff were very professional and friendly. I really appreciate the time Dr. Beer and his staff took to inform me of every aspect of my injury before the surgery, which was a complete success, and I've been pain free for over a year. Consummate Professionals!

Dr Beer did a fusion, and hardware removal surgery on me in 2014.. What was supposed to be 2-3 hour surgery ended up being more than 7. Removing the hardware left me with widespread damage to my bladder along other things. Pain management in the hospital after surgery was cruel. I have had four spine surgeries and this one was handled badly. After tests came back verifying damage, he had his PA tell me to leave the office, then they refused to make an appointment for me to talk to him directly.

Dr. Beer is a phenomenal surgeon and doctor. He is always so nice and he is honest and upfront with his patients. He listens to every question and concern of each patient while making sure he addresses each of those. The downside to that is that it oftentimes puts him behind, thus making the wait time in his office quite lengthy.

The office staff is disorganized, unhelpful, and rude. My mother waited over 2 months for an appointment; she's been a patient for several years. The last two times she's had to wait 2 hours before she could see the Dr. The last time, he wasn't even there, even though she'd scheduled an appointment to discuss surgeries. The PA was kind, but he didn't listen to her, and he couldn't provide the help she needed. We are looking for a different Dr. now, one who actually cares about his patients.

The staff and Dr. Beer have been nothing short of incredible for me. He explained the procedure and my options to my wife and I.
