Wait times are sometimes over 1 hr past scheduled time. Refused to refill pain medication after surgeon they referred me to called in prescription. I had to sit in the hospital for at least 2 more hrs for them to "resolve" whether they would fill pain medication after having a spinal fiusion. I recently overslept for an appointment after surgery & was told I could get up every morning to call for cancellation. I said I won't be able to deal w/ the pain until the next appt & was told go to the ER

I had a pain block shot today and the nurse and the doctor decided to teach me a lesson for bringing my cell phone with me. the didn't give me the medication in my iv! And yes, I felt the entire horrible procedure! How cruel can people be. I would never trust them again, never!

Dr Young is good but the front office is terrible! I refuse to go back due to the rude and inaccurate nature of the office. It will take you several weeks to get an appointment even if you are in pain! Good luck if you decide to use this practice,

the first time i met Dr.Young,I had been going to another pain management Dr.,,who had the Doctor/Patient relationship of a i tell you/you keep quiet.some of you reading this,i am sure you know the _ _ _. when dr young came in,he had a smile, and sat down and listened to me.,I know it took 15 minutes, him sitting and listening, but he was in no hurry to get back to his other duties.and ever since i have been his patient,he never fails to listen if i have a issue, about my condition.

I've been a patient with Dr Young for over a year now. Like any Office there are things I like and don't like. But after weighing out the pros/cons I solidly recommend Dr Young. The Mrs recently made the decision to switch to Dr. Youngs office based strictly off his dealings with me. If that's not a recommendation I don't know what is.

He is a kind man who listened to me.
