Narcissist
I was hesitant to leave this review, but others should know. He does not listen to you and will talk over you. He will only want to talk about himself, his terrible books, and how you should only see him and no other doctors. He will give you injections before you even realize what's happening. I had a terrible reaction and called his office, but because it was after hours the line rang and just cut off. He has NO emergency line or after hours answering service. His office is COVERED with plaques of his 'top doctor' awards from local magazines. Are they even real? He will diagnose you without knowing your medical history and push steroids. You WILL wait in his waiting room for a minimum of an hour and a half. It's usually more like three. You'll have to miss an entire days work. I made the mistake of letting this behavior and experience slide on the first visit and gave him another chance, but it was more of the same, if not worse. He's a dangerous man. You've been warned.

He saved my life with his diagnosis. After tests results came back less than a week I was diagnosed with Wegeners not arthritis like the neurologist thought I might have. He treated me for for 7yrs for carpal tunnel. All of my tri-state specialist are amazed still and also that I am still alive 12 long years now. It was worth the 4 hour wait to meet the man with an ego larger than life back than. He has chilled a bit over the years. Love you Doc! Thank you over and over again for keeping me alive!!

Extremely long wait time, huge ego, money hungry. HE WILL inject you, infuse you and diagnose you; abd you’re probably healthy. HE OWNS the infusion center and labs and X-ray!

This doctor is rather alarming. He diagnoses you without looking at your medical records, without taking a thorough history, and without asking you what your complaints are. I would recommend seeing someone else.

Stephen Solloway is a fraud. I went to his office and waited for 3 hours, when he finally came in 10 minutes before the office closed, he magically knew my diagnosis before examining me OR my past medical records. He told me I had Dysautomia, denied I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and claimed the bloodwork that I had gotten done a few months prior couldn't be accepted because he didn't do the bloodwork himself. He kept insisting I had symptoms which I didn't have in order to convince me I had this disorder...all the while mentioning HE'S the professional and HE writes books. Apparently some magic potion he injects people with will cure me (even though he's never seen my medical records or did an examination). Save your money and go to a real doctor, because he's a snake oil salesmen.

Unless you have an iron clad diagnosis, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. If you have an atypical presentation that is not diagnosed, you might be disappointed. Don't bother bringing records or symptom diaries, they won't be looked at. Old test results are disregarded. I wasted a LOT of money and time to see this guy.

I usually do not provide reviews for physicians (or anything else in general), but felt the need to do so based on some of the feedback I've read regarding Dr. Soloway. This doctor singlehandedly saved my life!! After seeing several doctors as well as numerous specialists regarding my unknown illness for over a year, I was in and out of hospitals stays for several constantly and was about to give up!! After doing my own research and felt that most of my pain was rheumatological, I decided to see Dr Soloway, who after two visits and intensive bloodwork, was able to determine that I had a severe form of systemic lupus. With a regimen of oral meds and infusions (which can be completed on site at his office!!), I was able to regain a good portion of my life back. Dr Soloway literally saved my life!! Prior to seeing him, I was destined to give up hope as my unknown illness at the time was wearing me down mentally and physically. Thank you Dr Soloway for getting my life back!!j

Will NEVER EVER go back to this doctor. If I could give zero stars, I would. This “man” is a disgrace to the medical field by being inappropriate with young female patients. If you MUST come here, do not go alone or allow the dr to see you “one on one”. He is inappropriate and unprofessional. Not to mention, he is not a good dr and will inject you without a proper explanation. Not worth it. Find someone else!

I love dr soloway and he has always done everything he could to help me my sister and my children. He has treated us for lupus and other autoimmune diseases. He has never questioned how we feel or doubted how we feel due to statistics. He does everything he can to make us feel better and makes sure we have no questions when we leave. If i take my daughter in for an appointment he will always ask how I am feeling and if i need anything even though it's not my appointment. Hes worth the wait/time
