Sub par. I recognize that we are in the days of Covid19 and health care providers are stressed, but I'm stressed too. For an office to outright Lie to me and treat me with utter disrespect is unacceptable. Additionally the support staff is incompetent and has zero problem solving skills. Therefore, how good could the culture be?

I have had good experiences with Dr. Sipperly every time I have seen him in the past 10 years. He models good health and he accepts my refusals of some conventional medical treatments in favor of less conventional alternatives. I trust his diagnostic judgment, as he identified a rare condition my sister had that several other doctors did not recognize. Dr. Sipperly is thorough, efficient and respectful of his patient's schedule. He communicates well, with kindness and understanding. 5 stars!

Calling or seeing Dr. Sipperly has progressively gotten worse over the last 17 years I have been going there. It all starts with making an appointment with the rude and nasty Colleen! This girl needs to find a job that she does not have to deal with the public! Dr. Sipperly has been short and brief with visits. Like he doesn't have time to answer questions or listen to what I have to say. Always in a rush to get out the door before I am done asking questions. Be more ATTENTIVE to your patients!

These people are purposely damaging my autistic spouses' health by refusing to give him the information for his endocrinologist appointment thru a format he can communicate through. They know he makes no hormones of his own and they think it's okay to hang up me me because he is upset in the background of the call when he hasn't had his hormones in months because of their mistakes. They have caused him to be unbalanced with their lack of care then blame him for it. This is willful harm and they

I was in terrible pain from shingles. Dr. Sipperly gave me an anti-viral prescription, but completely ignored my statement that I was in a lot of pain. He walked out of the room as though I had not spoken. Apparently he is afraid of prescribing pain medicine, to the point where he doesn't care how much pain a patient is in.

Dr. Sipperly is always respectful and professional. The staff at his practice, however, are rude, flippant, and have little regard for the patients. That alone would warrant new and existing patients to steer clear. Office staff has no capacity for polite and professional conversation. When asked to speak with a supervisor the staff member hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. Steer clear unless you are a glutton for punishment.
