I've been going to Doc Payne since he was at the building near the airort. He pays attention, listens and is a good diagnostician. I was having a urinary issue and he strongly recommended that I see a urologist. Bood thing, it was a growing tumor caught in time.

Horrible office staff. When asking to talk with the nurse pracitioner or the doctor, it is near impossible. Also impossible to even call them. You get the answering service when they don't turn on their phones. When their phones are on, you get a recording to call back because they are busy. You can't leave a message & have to keep trying to talk to their rude office staff. Office is dirty and you can write your name on the back of the exam table. No handicap parking spots.

Its no dr. Payne that is the problem, its his staff (sara)in particular. She lies as to why she cant send in a simple form to mass health. She has belittled me,lied to a mass health ubudsman, lied to me.and has hung up the phone numerous times. She obviously dont know how to do her job. Instead of taking responsibility for her mistakes she blames the patient. Well it didn't work this time. Mass health and the register of medicine will be working together on this matter.
