He completed his fellowship training in sports medicine at the New England Medical Center, Tufts University Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine in Boston, MA. He did both his residency and internship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, MA. Dr. Koss received his medical degree from the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA and graduated magna cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors from Pomona College in Claremont, CA. He has been recognized as America's Top Physician in Orthopedic Surgery for many years and is published in numerous orthopedic journals. He has also made presentations on a variety of subjects related to orthopedic care and sports medicine. Dr. Koss, his wife Debbie and their two sons reside in Sparta, New Jersey. In his spare time, Dr. Koss enjoys tennis, outdoor activities and spending time with his family."

I had a highly negative experience. It is only my hope that he has improved his methods since. I would urge all potential patients to please get a second opinion before letting him do any kind of surgery.

I had shoulder surgery and I must say Dr. Koss did a masterful procedure. He explained all the elements of the surgery and recovery I would be experiencing. The surgical center team was very thoughtful and focused on making sure all the details were being taken care of.
