Dr. Hoeing has does surgery on my mother twice to remove blockages in her carotid arteries! He has been fabulous! He is patient and really takes the time to listen and explain the procedure. Four years ago, I had a Saphenous Vein Ablation done on my leg. Now, four years later, I needed the other leg done. I didn't hesitate to go back to Dr. Hoenig to have this leg done too.
