These good people have been so patient, while Cigna gives us a hard time, and whose stall tactics caused me to lose my job. Thank you for being so amazing even through my frustration and tears. If you ever need a sales person, I'm your girl...after Dr. Goll fixes my back! ???
We are so grateful for the positive feedback! We'll share your kind words with the team to let them know their work is appreciated. Thank you again for sharing.

I have been seeing Dr Goll's office since approximately 2012 on a worker's compensation related injury. I have had three trips to his office that I was never seen although I was always on time and had an appointment. The office is two counties away from my home. I have waited between one to two and a half hours, never seen by Dr Goll, on three occasions. His offices need better management and to stop overbooking their patients. Definitely would not recommend to others.
We appreciate your honest feedback. It is our goal to provide the highest quality care and service to every one of our patients; and we invite you to contact Lori, Dr. Goll's Patient Care Coordinator, at (407) 254-4330 so we can investigate what happened and improve the patient experience. We hope to hear from you soon and thank you again for providing this valuable feedback about your experience.

In prepping for back surgery , Dr Goll ordered extra pre-op tests. Those tests identified that I have an advanced case of melanoma that was the size of my fist in my upper right lung. Over the weekend before my scheduled surgery he found a wonderful Oncologist and discussed my case with him; then on Monday told me face to face of what he found. I feel I owe this man my life or at the very least more time as this cancer is very aggressive. Trust him! He really does care for his patients!!
We're so pleased to hear that your appointment was a success and that our staff was able to assist you through this experience. We appreciate your time and your kind words.

I was in sever pain when I went to Dr. Goll, he tried several options to ease my discomfort before he preformed back surgery. After back surgery the recovery was difficult but Dr. Goll was right there to help with every problem through the recovery process. Thanks to Dr. Goll for having a caring heart to seeing his patient on having a normal life again.

From the moment I met Dr. Goll I knew this was a special person. He made me feel very welcomed and he was sincerely concerned about my level of pain, which was pretty high. He thoroughly explained the surgical procedure that I was to have and made me feel extremely comfortable and at peace with my decision. The surgery itself was a complete success and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Goll and his entire staff.
We're so glad to hear about your positive experience with Dr. Goll. Our goal is to provide the very best patient care available, so it's always encouraging to hear about positive experiences.

I am standing, walking and living a normal, healthy life because of the surgery that Dr. Goll performed on my spine. When I met Dr. Goll I was in excruciating pain and could not stand up straight. Now I am hiking and enjoying outdoor sports again at age 65. The surgery was a spinal fusion. I would recommend Dr. Goll to my friends and family without hesitation.

I can't thank Dr, Goll enough for his exceptional surgical skills and medical care. I wish I had gone forward with my neck surgery right after the first time I saw him. Instead, I tried several options:(PT and pain management) first. Literally, the day after surgery, my pain was gone. My recovery was also extremely better that I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Goll to anyone that is suffering with neck or back pain. I am truly blessed to be pain free due to Dr. Goll
