As of Jan 20q7, 've been seeing Dr. Galston for over three years. On my first visit Dr. Galston was very attentive and empathetic, and I left with a hopeful positive feeling. On follow-up visits over the next several years, I started to get the impression that while Dr. Galston probably wants to "help, that he might be burning out. Our visits are usually rather short, much of that being spent the with him reviewing notes. He is willing to adjust medications and doseage.

There's a reason it is so easy to see this doctor. Zero bedside manners.
Pleasant Prairie, WI |
Called to get assistance for my husband and Joanne who takes in new patients was very rude and condescending. I would NOT go there is my life depended on it. She needs a course on bedside manners!
Grayslake, IL |
My daughter left his office in tears. He is supposed to be helping her, not making her feel worse. He wants to prescribe medication, but if you don't want daily medication, then he offers no help but to tell the patient to read a book. He doesn't want to provide therapy, he only wants to medicate. That is his solution.
