My experience with Dr. Cooper has been excellent. My right nostril is much better since he performed Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery. My follow-up visits have been excellent. He has made my life much better. I thank him every time I see him.

Made political joke upon entering room. Very unprofessional. Did not make eye contact while asking questions. Was not attentive. Spent 5 to 10 minutes on appointment that took a month to schedule. Told to make another appointment next month. Then referred to another doctor for different issue.

For a quite a few years I have had a problem with one of my ears, I couldn't hear. I asked Dr Cooper for help. He prescribed bunch of antibiotics, even operated on my ear and in his mind everything was ok. Ear continuously retain fluid. He is bad communicator and has very poor bedside manners. His final advice was: "go to see another doctor. I don't know what to do". So I did and now I'm really scared, waiting for another very serious ear surgery. NOT RECOMMENDING!!!

My ear drum was perforated and was not healing on its own, so I called this practice to get it looked at. I always read reviews first, and was hesitant because so many people were irritated by the staff. When I called for my appointment, the receptionist was pleasant and professional. She saw that there were no available appointments until February. Recognizing that I couldn’t wait that long, she recommended a different practice where I was able to get in within 2 days. I appreciate her help.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Lost my hearing and was referred by my family doctor after a 10 day infection in my ear. Was told I could not be seen for over a month with no concern or compassion for my concern of permanent ear damage. I can certainly see how they earned their reviews related to their staff.

I have gone to Dr.Cooper for all of my life and he has always made sure I know what is going on. He has provided wonderful insight on ailments. He explains everything right down to what stage of an ear infection you're at and what to expect as it clears up. He has put tubes in my ears multiple times and does it swiftly. Overall, he is an amazing doctor that really cares for his patients.

Dr. Cooper is awesome. He is short and to the point. He is very attentive and treats with accuracy. Unfortunately since he joined Bayhealth and has Bayhealth staff, his staff is less then professional and efficient. They need lots of training.
