By the numbers. Wait 3 months for first SURGICAL evaluation. Wait 90 minutes in office visit 1. Wait 2 hours in office for visit 2. They cancelled and rescheduled once also. I knew surgery was inevitable but now into timeline 4 months. The front desk was short and unfriendly. The nursed made me feel like I was just taking up their time. Even x ray girls made me feel as if they were in training. I went to Rush Orthopedics in Munster. Never again at St Anthony.

He was very short, very cold, in your face, to the point of rude and asked no questions about how I was feeling, waited an hour to talk to him for ten minutes while I was in pain, didn't even look at my back or do anything.
