Dr. Burgun listens to my observations regarding my health. I have several health issues and he is very concerned about maintaining a balance among the various issues. Another one of my specialists contacted Dr. Burgun to modify my care plan because of an issue that needed addressed. They agreed on the treatment and Dr. Burgun contacted me immediately to discuss the change.

Too long of a wait in office in Concord. You sit with sick Urgent care patients. Doctor not tentative to patient. Doesn't listen - treats by the book numbers and not by symptoms. Use to be better, seems has fallen into the profession others doctors take. I need a doctor who will also treat the symptoms not what the results say on paper should be. Need a doctor who actually listens to the patient and follows through with concerns and not brush it off as he had.
