as long as the hardware looks good on xray, he will not note what the incision looks like nor will he be concerned if your skin is black from staph. had to ask for wound care referral and no notes were taken on skin/incision appearance.

I had a Pilon fracture in which I shattered all 3 major bones in my ankle/leg (the tibia, the fibula and the talus). According to Wikipedia they are "difficult to fixate and are associated with high rates of complications and poor outcomes." By the end of the first procedure I had 30 some odd screws in my leg and 3 long metal brackets. Why so many....my foot, for all intents and purposes was no longer attached to my leg. He successfully put this humpty dumpty back together again.

I am beyond grateful for Dr. Arndt s intelligence, compassion and remarkable caring when he assessed my husband. Although the diagnosis was very sad, we knew my husband had a very serious disease developing . Dr Arndt WAS THE ONLY DOCTOR who fully understood what was happening to my husband. And CARED! Far above any doctor we saw at well known hospitals! He was doctor # 22 on our journey. And now we can finally move forward to get my husband into a Pain management program for a complex disease.

Arndt did a knee replacement on my mom Corrie Sarti 8-23-15. He crushed her popliteal artery in surgery. She needed emergency surgery to repair the damage and save her leg. In rehab she got a hospital acquired infection which required additional surgeries & massive amounts of antibiotics. A large amount of flesh removed on both sides of her calf required daily treatment to prevent further infection. On 3-23 -2017 she passed away due to Cirrhosis of the liver due to massive doses of antibiotics.

I had a rare second toe joint issue. I’m sure this Dr could have handled if it wasn’t so close to the end of the year numbers! I was/am leaving to Mexico for vacation. This Dr. assured me that I would be fine by the time this trip came around.... uh I’m not! Very disappointed in the communication and explanation of what was actually done! My incision became infected and no one really cared. I had to go to urgent care on Xmas eve! Biggest mistake of my life!

Dr. Arndt is up to date and progressive with treatment. I was up and walking within a few weeks of open reduction and internal fixation of my ankle. His office is very efficient.

Dr Arndt and Keri, his physicians assistant, both have always made me feel like I was getting the best care available. They both take the time to fully listen to my concerns and I always felt like I was included in every process. I would highly recommend the entire team at dr Arndt's office. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name who assisted with doing casts and going over my care because he is an important part of the team as well. He goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable!
