I had a great experience with Dr. Vanderveldt and her staff. Even though I spent more than 2 hours in the office, I was very busy all the time. 3 assistants worked with me and waiting time between exams and procedures didn't take more than 10-15 min. Dr. Vanderveldt visited me 2 times between exams and spent with me enough time to explain and answer all my questions. I came with the problem in my right eye, but doctor found time to check very carefully my left eye as well.

I have macular degeneration and I am a very fearful person. Dr Vanderveldt has managed to calm and reassure me while being an amazingly wonderful dr at the same time. I trust her as a dr and as a person. I think that's the best you can get.
Atlanta, GA |
Initially, I felt as though my concerns were heard and I had a good experience. At my last visit, I waited over 3 hours to be seen and when I was finally seen, I was not given any alternative solutions to my eye condition other than a 3rd procedure. I would not recommend this practice.
