Dr. Clop was fin. Dr. Clop's office staff and administrative coordinator are incompetent and unprofessional. Unable to effectively schedule appointments, openly stating that they do know the system to make appointments, then telling me to show up on the wrong day. I asked for test results to be faxed to another practitioner four times. No fax. I asked the administrator to mail the test results to me. Nothing has arrived in more than a week and I live in the same zip code as the practice. Dr. Clop needs to upgrade her office staff. It reflects poorly on her.

Dr. Clop is an very knowledgeable, I went to her office unable to walk due to an unsuccessful knee replacement. Today I can walk with a walker all of the treatments (Botox and physical therapy) that was recommended. I look forward to my future treatments.

Dr Clop takes her time with her patients. I have never felt rushed through and know that she is listening to me. Sometimes the wait time can be longer than desired but I know that is because she is treating each patient with care. I know she will take her time with me; therefore I don't mind waiting.

I have been seeing Dr. Clop for many years. She is very knowledgeable and expresses a sincere concern for my health. She actually receives 5 stars from me for her work and dedication however 1 star is deducted from the business since wait times are too long. It takes anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to see her. Patient appts are scheduled to close together and she is always running behind. She is also the only Pain Specialist there which adds to the wait problem.

Dr. Clop and her nurse, Ebony, were so kind to me this week, as was everyone in the office, from the moment I checked in (sorry I don't remember everyone's names). Terry in the x-ray department has an uplifting spirit and made me smile. Due to a complicated medical history, many doctors have not been willing to treat me or tell me there is no way I am experiencing the symptoms that I have. That is very discouraging and humiliating. Being almost bed-bound for the last two years with many hospital

I know she frequently runs late -- my GP warned me about that before I saw her for the first time. I just want to say that after meeting with her only once, I knew she would be worth it. The reason she runs late is that she stops to listen to everything that's going wrong, and then puts puzzle pieces together and comes up with really good insights. She's figured out things other specialists couldn't. Best doctor I've seen, and I've seen a lot. Just bring some work to do and know she'll take time

I've been to three back surgeons, physical therapy, and pain meds. Limited satisfaction. Surgeons seem to only be interested in surgery (surprise, surprise). You have to have a pinched nerve before they take you seriously. Dr. Clop treats pain and does a great job. After 10 years of getting up in the morning all bent over, I can now stand up straight, do a few stretching exercises and go about my day. Side benefit for golfers: I dropped 8 strokes because I can actually follow through.

I respect, trust & value Dr. Clop, she has helped improve my quality of life beyond measure. I can spend time watching my grandson play instead of being confined to my home due to chronic pain, I work full-time, and volunteer with local charities when time allows. The entire staff at Town Center Orthopedics/Centreville are always professional, caring and kind. I will have & will continue to recommend this practice to family & friends.
