I am 2.5 years out of a Anterior and Posterior Cervical Fusion C4-7 Decompression. Posterior was due to nerve compression 4 days post op ACDF. NOT planned and posterior surgery was painful! I still have intermittent problems swallowing, my voice has not returned to normal and I get hoarse frequently. Per my pain Dr, I was dependent on a narcotics and went through withdrawals because PA Guth tapered me off the ER morphine but not Dilaudid! I still have headaches. Diagnosed w/ central sensitization syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines since surgery. Dr Sinicropi and his team could slow down, be kinder and listen. A neurosurgeon I consulted a year prior to surgery, “wishes he would’ve been able to see me again before I had had my fusions so that he could’ve tried to talk to talk me out of the surgery”. He said “I feel terrible about what happened to you.” Surgeons don’t have to cut and this is a prime example of a great surgeon!

Dr. Sinicropi in my opinion is at the top of his game. Currently 3 weeks out of surgery. My pain is considerably less than before surgery. If you want someone to coddle you this isn’t the guy, if you want an expert in the spine field you found him. This is a dream come true so far. This was my second surgery and my first one with a different Doctor was a failure.

I broke my neck on a wave in Hawaii in 2016. Contrary to what other surgeon’s said, Dr. Sinicropi told me he could help and give me every aspect of my life back with no limitations. Though the surgery was even more complicated than expected, today I am back enjoying a full life with no pain or problems. I am very thankful for God's grace on my life and for Dr. Sinicropi's giftedness and ability to perform such minimally invasive surgical techniques with such incredible results. He is a Godsend.

Dr. Sinicropi is amazing! I have had Cervical Spinal Fusion and Posterior Spinal Fusion. I was having numbness in my right and left arm, no feeling in my hands and severe headaches. I have not had a headache since the surgeries and have full feeling back in my arms and hands. Dr. Sinicropi worked with me until we found a path that would eliminate my pain. His expertise in his field allowed him to provide exceptional care and perform surgeries that gave me my life back. I'm grateful!

Dr. Sinicropi was exceptional to work with and is one of the best people you can find in the Upper Midwest for spine, neck and back issues. He had me back on my feet in minimal time following disc replacement surgery and went to bat for me with the insurance company.

Dr. Sinicropi is a butcher. He has ruined my life along with many others that have not posted anything or are in such bad shape, can't. He immediately jumped me to a C2-C7 cervical fusion 3 yrs ago. According to him at the time, there was no other options, although at the time, my problem was not 5 level. His quote was 'let's just get the whole thing done now. WHAT A MISTAKE! This man does not consider PT or anything other than to fill his pockets with $$ and an ego off the charts.

I fell 12 feet from a ladder, spent 2 wks in ER, receiving pain killers. Released & told it would heal. It didn't. Pain was at 9-10 level 24/7; couldn't sleep, walk, drive... Finally I researched best Neurosurgeon's & found Sinicropi. He immediately diagnosed problem as a severe disk herniation. After same day surgery, using a new technique, Sinicropi removed a large portion of disk, I was pain-free in a week. Sinicropi isn't a hand-holder, but a brilliant Dr. & surgeon. So thankful to him!

I booked an appointment with Doctor as he came recommended to me by my Physical Therapist. When I book an appointment with an experienced Doctor, I expect that appointment to be honored and to be able to see a Doctor, not a PA. But the Doctor did not show up. I asked why, and the PA said that he was managing my case per the Doctor. Doctor apparently made the decision my case was not worthy for his time, pushed me onto PA. Made another appointment with Doctor, pushed onto PA again. Terrible.
