Dr. Mlot's Care Philosophy

"As an ear, nose, and throat physician specializing in head and neck cancer surgery, I take great pride in caring for my patients in a holistic manner. This means not only managing medical problems specific to my specialty, but making sure that my patients have access to an entire multidisciplinary team of specialists, including other physicians, speech and language pathologists, voice therapists, nutritionists, social workers, family counselors, and others. It's my belief that patients are best served by a team of practitioners who work together to serve the patient as a whole, rather than treating medical conditions as isolated problems." - Stefan Mlot, MD
