He was considerate in that he took the time to listen. Compassionate, thorough and very reassuring. I left feeling like he completely addressed all my concerns. Very competent professional with a wonderful bedside manner.
Lebanon, NJ |
Extremely thorough and attentive to all my questions regarding my daughter. His office was busy, but we felt like we were his top priority the moment he entered the exam room. We were never rushed even though I know he had many more patients to see. He went out of his way to reassure me and make sure I knew what the plan of action would be for my daughter. I highly recommend Dr. Sheft.

Dr Sheft is great. His office staff is the worst. Receptionist acted like she was doing us a favor, squeezing us in for the 7 day followup, 2 weeks after our surgery. They cant manage to get medical notes faxed to insurance company. Our disability check has been delayed 3 weeks and counting. Insurance blames the Drs office, Drs office blames insurance. The lack of followup regarding the biopsy was upsetting. We received no calls from the office on 1st or 2nd opinion. We had to call them
Trenton, NJ |
The go to doctor for sinus problems. His treatment and surgery changed my life. I can breath.
Flemington, NJ |
This review is not about the quality of health care I received but about the sheer incompetence, rudeness, and lack of empathy on behalf of the staff, especially via telephone. However, this review does not include Tina, a nurse who is compassionate, smart, and kind, who is the saving grace of this office. I received a CT Scan and was told by the technician that I would be receiving the results from Dr. Sheft within the next few days. After waiting a week, I called
He would not take time to answer questions and was even annoyed with having to answer any questions at all. He suggested thyroid surgery immediately. I got a second opinion from leading thyroid surgeon who said that my case did not require surgery. Very arrogant Dr.!
in Flemington, NJ |
My entire experience with Dr. Sheft was wonderful. He is calm, patient, and kind. He took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy to understand. He removed a cyst, and although I was nervous about the procedure, he put me at ease and made the process much easier for me than I was expecting. I felt comfortable and safe in his care.
