The quality of care I’ve received from Dr. Donlon is excellent. She is an expert in the field, has detailed answers but doesn’t overload me with information, and is quick to respond to messages. She is thorough, engaging, warm and friendly and I feel very comfortable asking questions. The office staff are great, and the nurses/techs are marvelous. Dr. Donlon never rushes through my appointments, and I am grateful to have her as my neurologist.

I was a patient of Dr Donlon’s when she was in AZ. I miss her very much. She was with me from the beginning. She always mad me feel like no question was dumb and I was never rushed. I miss her very much. There is no dr here that I have found that treats me the same.

I was just diagnosed with MS. She was very good at explaining my diagnosis to me. She spent about an hour in the room with me and made sure I understood MS before I left the appointment. She even offered to bring me back for a follow up just to answer questions. She was not pushy about treatments and we did not make a decision today. She did say it is important to be on a prevention treatment but we would make this decision together. I like that she is on my team.

Doctor Donlon was the most unprofessional doctor we have ever experienced. She not only mis-diagnosed, but was extremely rude. She even accused me of psychogenic seizures, later proven by our GP to be high ammonia levels. After waiting 2 months, they canceled our appointment and made us wait 2 more months. Near the end of our ten minute consultation I remembered a test we were hoping she would prescribe. She snapped "You could have told me before this, I have other patients waiting."

I have MS and have been battling pain for a number of years. I have been on the same medication for about 14 years. I called my doctor's office to see about being switched to a different type of pain medication and was told she was out of town. I called 2 additional times within the week. I finally got a call back 2 weeks later. To add insult to injury she informed me she was moving out of state and I needed to find a new doctor. Gladly, I already did... a week ago. Good riddance.
