I had a mole removed by Dr. Turner that has left a deep divet on my face and will require cosmetic surgery to correct. The incision should have been stitched, but I was sent home with with a band aid a topical ointment instead. This doctor is always late and in a hurry, and did not give me a thorough consultation, because she was in a rush. Biggest regret in my life was using her for this procedure.

After a 6 mo. wait for an app. I needed to see someone with an actual desire to be a dermatologist. Wait time 45 minutes, visit time 10 minutes. She was extremely dismissive. I have aggressive melanoma that runs in my family and was barely given 5 minutes of her attention. I decided to see another MD and and could almost laugh out loud at the difference. She is a complete was of time, if you don't want to see patients be a radiologist.

Dr. Turner always seemed in a rush. I went to her for well over a year to treat acne. I closely followed her treatment regime with no results. It even got worse. Finally, she said I needed to take a specific medication that required significant paperwork. Her assistant said she would get back to me to go over this on a specific day. She never called despite my calling the office several times. Dr Turner also totally misdiagnosed a fingernail problem. I have since changed doctors.

I went to see Dr. Englander-Turner about hair loss and general skin check. She was fairly rushed during the appointment and had her nurse make a follow-up call about test results, which I was not very impressed with. She did not know much about hair loss. I would only see her for basic skin issues & don't expect a lot of information from her--she was not very good about explaining things and it felt very rushed. After the appointment, I saw her in her office on her cell phone.
