We discontinued care for our toddler due to the incompetent administration of the doctor's front office. There have been numerous personnel changes in support staff and this has affected the quality of care. One tech in particular did not mail the results of a lead test out and the sample was ruined, which resulted in us doing the procedure again. Instead of communicating what happened clearly and apologizing the office obfuscated. Upon further inquiry I came to learn that the tech had failed to mail the test out which potentially jeopardized an on time start for daycare for our child. Trying to get records of immunizations proved to be a frustrating experience, where we could not simply email a blank form for them to fill out. There is nothing private on a blank form. Faxes went missing. We had to hand deliver a blank form. The front desk also misinformed us of the time of our appt. which led to unnecessary time off work . The office operates w/o regard to your schedule and time.
