I highly recommend Dr. Akers. She is kind, caring and does not rush your visit. She always answers all my questions even the "silly" ones. She also went out of her way to look up some information for me for another specialist.

Dr Akers has taken great care of me, and my family. I am impressed that she was my Surgeon as well as my Oncologist. She has explained everything, sometimes a few times. My OB/GYN suggested Roswell, I was grateful she was available. I have other health issues, besides Cancer, so it is nice to know she was in contact with my other doctors.

Dr. Akers performed surgery on me in July 2018 - explained everything and got me through the procedure very well. She is also doing follow-up scans and notifies me if anything is amiss. She just arranged for a ct procedure which was handled very well and with great care. I highly recommend Dr. Akers as an oncologist.

I have never had a doctor as concerned, sympathetic, nice, and generous with her time as Dr. Akers. I just went through a very scary time, and she made it so easy and tolerable. I absolutely love Dr. Akers and would trust her with my life any time.
