She is amazing, understands patient's need very well. Doctor's office is not 5-star hotel/resort and her staff isn't there to entertain you. If you are nice to staff, they will be nice to you. So stop whining.

Booked an appointment a month back only to be rudely told I do not have an appointment! The staff/nurse does not even have basic etiquettes or politeness. One just feels like running away after couple of exchanges with her. Dr Subbarayan is a pleasant doctor who I know for many years. Unfortunate she has a staff like this :(

Such a kind and experienced doctor. Everytime I go to her, I will come energized with the spirit of positivity. After all that is what we need at the end of the day. Very personalized, when it comes to medication part. The doctor with empathy and gives the feeling of my mom. Thanks doctor and God bless.

My wife and I went for annual medical check up to this clinic. The receptionist and the lab staff were polite and professional. We found Dr. Srividhya to be knowledgeable and pleasant to discuss our concerns with. We were very satisfied with the visit. However, our experience with the office staff, who called on the phone to convey the prescriptions, was rather disappointing. She was casual, unhelpful, and at times rude when we conveyed that our medical report couldn't be accessed in the portal.

Dr. Subbarayan is excellent and I have no complaints about her capabilities or professionalism. Front office staff is either ignorant or arrogant and lack professionalism. For starters, they are rude. Secondly, they are not qualified medical professionals but behave like they are. They interpret lab results rather than having the doctor or her nurse assistant explain. I am really getting tired of their attitude and not sure if I will stay with this practice

i find the doctor herself okay but the office staff is very rude over the phone. They do not return calls nor are they professional with forwarding messages to the doctor or accurately answering queries.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient. I was told to come in fasting in order to get my blood work at which point I informed her that I am pregnant and fasting would be very difficult. The lady responds why doesn't your Obgyn provide your wellness visit and why are you looking for a primary care? It's shocking to me that a doctor's office staff doesn't have the basic comprehension about the need to have an established primary care and are deterring patients from their office.
