Dr. Rama's office is located next door to my primary care doctor, and so I walked in off the street in crisis after a sleepless night which I learned later was due to an inflamed scalp. I had simply walked into her office, asked if she was taking new patients, shared my crisis, completed the new patient paperwork, was seen within 15 minutes, and I left there with a solution along with two prescriptions. It does not get any better than that! All of the staff were very warm and supportive, as was Dr. Rama. I plan to let my primary care doctor know about this very positive experience.

My first visit with Dr. Rama was wonderful. Beautiful new office in Ann Arbor; friendly, helpful staff; appointment started right on time.
Dr. Rama was kind, considerate and very informative regarding my needs.
She offered me several options for treatment, and took care of one issue right then and there, versus having me come back for another appointment. I am so happy I found her and would definitely recommend her.

My visit with Dr Rama was fine. She started me in a course of treatment that I hope will help with my rosacea problems. However her nurse told me as she was preparing 4 prescriptions that she would be sending them immediately as she was working from a laptop. When I went to my drugstore 1/2 hours later the Pharmacy had no call in it fax for my medication. I returned later and it still wasn’t ready. I was frustrated because I made 3 trips to the pharmacy when I was told the scripts would be sent immediately.
