Like many others have noted in their helpful reviews, Dr. Lilly also talked down to me and made me feel like I was wasting her time with my mundane mortal orthopedic issues. For others in need think twice about hiring Dr. Lilly. Yes, hiring. We are still the customers and we deserve a modicum of respect. Even if she is unable to show empathy she can still try to be polite. Doctor House is a fictional television show not someone that professionals should try to emulate in real life.

Dr. Soma Lilly, MD conducted surgery on my severely broken right wrist. I am a life long very active and competitive athlete. Being a Hall of Fame Racquetball player with forty national Gold medals, and now very active in the fastest growing sport of Pickleball; I actually felt my fun and active fitness life was over. Dr. Lilly was a marvelous surgeon and performed all surgical functions at a fantastic level. I am truly blessed to have had her professional expertise.

I fell injuring my right hand, it was swollen very bruised and because on xray she did not see a break she said I had arthritis funny I did not have arthritis before I fell, in fact no pain at all. then after talking down to me. I told her I was a retired trauma RN and I knew something was wrong. She offered me to come back and see her PA in two weeks and walked out. Grossly unprofessional.

My first visit was with Dr Lilly, I was pleased with our interactions, she offered me options and suggestions for the treatment of my injuries and supportive of my decision. The check back was with PA Kyle as she was on vacation, very pleased with Kyle and Kelly. The next check back was scheduled with Dr. Lilly who was busy and I elected to see Kyle. I was pleased with everyone in the office from the two ladies working in appointments to Kyle, Kelly, x ray techs. and Dr. Lilly.
Hi, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are glad the hand team was able to care for your injuries. Thanks for choosing The Center!
I needed emergency surgery and Dr Lilly was the on call surgeon. I have never been talked to so badly by anyone in my entire life. I was not talked to I was talked down to and I was scared to even have this emergency surgery with Dr Lilly. After, having the surgery and needing to see this physician in the hospital did not change anything, she was incredibly unprofessional and hostel. If Dr Lilly can treat me like that, than she could treat anyone that way and something needs to change.
