Over the past 15+ years, this practice has gone from good neighborhood caring to non responsive, poor follow through, unavailable. So very sad - I cannot recommend them at all. Sadly, I am (finally - I tried to wait it out) looking for a new office.

After 5 years still the best primary are practice I have ever found. The Dr. it’s s intelligent and compassionate. When illness has come upon me suddenly I have always at least been able to see a nurse practitioner. They have literally been there for me through the hard times and never let m down. The staff help with refills and are just generally pleasant. I have been to practices where the staff literally seem to hate their job, each other and the clients, this group is actually a team. My insurance is not one they accept right now and I am changing ASAP to stay with the practice.

He used to be good, now... he can’t follow through, respond to message in less than a week, send the correct refills (or even send them at all), and he likes to send the wrong tests. He likes to say he forgot to hit send. Yeah, right. Three of the last four instances?

Nurse practitioner lied about my mother's blood test results and was unwilling to prescribe vitamins for her deficiencies even though Kangadis had not gotten back to my mother about her results to begin with. Staff kept putting us on hold and hung up on us twice. Wait time is also terrible. Kangadis himself is mediocre, and is too busy to even be accessible. All around horrible experience as a patient of 20+ years who has seen this practice go down the drain. If you need prompt and helpful service, this doctor is not for you.

If I could give 10 stars I would. To start with, his staff is incredible and genuine. They actually care about their patients. I know it's a busy office, but I always feel like I'm a priority and that my well being is their top concern. Dr Kangadis is the first doctor I've had in my life who I am comfortable around. That makes me trust him, thus allowing me to be completely honest. He is kind, personable and knowledgeable. He will always be my doctor!

I think Dr. Kangadis is a knowledgeable, personable and well intentioned doctor. HOWEVER, his office is always very busy often causing a long wait time, and NOT enough exam room time. I get the feeling I am just a number here rather than a patient at times. With the insurance I have at the moment, I don't have many choices for a PCP - if you have many options through your insurance, you may want to consider a practice that is less busy.
