Dr. Brito performed total shoulder replacement on both of my shoulders in 2019. I was back at work with light duty 3 weeks after the procedure. It has been just over a year since he did my left shoulder and the motion is almost 95% with no pain. My other shoulder was replaced in October and the motion is75% with minimal pain. I’m certain the outcome will be at least as good as the other one. I can’t thank him enough for eliminating the pain from arthritis. I would like to thank him and all his team for everything they did for me.

Dr. Brito treated me for Dupuytren's Contrature in both hands, using Xyaflex injections. After brief recoveries, I am now able to fully use my hands with no residual discomfort. Dr. Brito and his staff were very professional, and carefully explained every step of the procedure so there were no surprises. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Dr. Brito is an outstanding doctor and surgeon. I had had pain in the palm of my left hand for a number of months. Once Dr. Brito arrived at Rush, I made an appointment. He explained the issue after he looked at my X-ray and suggested a cortisone shot to see if that would work. He told me to give it a certain amount of time and if it did not improve, he would fix it surgically which he did. I recommend him very highly!

Dr. Brito is very confident in his skills and deservedly so. He did an ORIF on my left radius fracture and I was almost as good as new after healing and rehab. He's very nice and I'm so appreciative he could get me in for surgery the day after my initial visit.

I fell and broke my wrist. I did not want surgery. Dr. Brito patiently explained the pros and cons of having surgery and the outcomes thereof. He was very patient and understanding. I elected to have surgery, and I am 100% glad I did. I healed beautifully, and after Occupational Therapy I’m almost back to normal. He is very soft-spoken, patient, and caring. I hope I don’t ever need surgery again, but I would only go to Dr. Brito if I did!

I had severe impingement of the nerves in both of my wrists. Dr. Brito did carpel tunnel release on each of them. I did not have immediate improvement, but he advised patience, indicating that over time my symptoms would lessen. He was entirely correct. Given that I had a severe case of nerve impingement in each wrist/hand, I believe that my result was very good to excellent, though it did takes months after the surgery to improve significantly. You can also expect courtesy, professionalism, very good communication and bedside manner from him, based upon my experience.

After consulting with five other doctors, about an elbow condition which was causing continual drainage, Dr. Brito was able to quickly identify my condition and recommend a solution. While I was not anxious for surgery, Dr. Brito made me very comfortable and I had no concerns with the surgery or subsequent healing process. I would recommend Dr. Brito to anyone with orthopedic issues.

I'm 95 years old and broke my hip. He operated, inserting a nail and pins. In less than 5 months my hip is totally healed and I'm walking as well as before. Dr. Brito was caring, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely return to him if needed.

I recently had ganglion cyst removal from a finger by Dr. Brito. He did a fantastic job. The surgery site looks great. I had no pain after surgery and have successfully completed my physical therapy for the finger. In addition his staff was superb and made my visit for surgery and follow-up easy. I would recommend Dr. Brito for hand surgery. He was very easy to talk to and overall my experience was great.

I can’t say enough that would show how amazing Dr. Brito is! My 15 year old son slipped and fell in our driveway in December and broke his wrist. My son is super athletic and with high school baseball tryouts only 8 weeks away we were devasted at the news about the break and surgery. Dr. Brito and his staff were incredibly supportive. Surgery was a complete success!
