Because neurologists deal with the entire nervous system, I treat many types of patients, including those with significant psychiatric illness. The last group are always a challenge, and sometimes, hard to please. I take my job seriously. I take my patients seriously. I take my oath to do no harm seriously. Giving patients what they "demand" or read on google is not always good medicine.

Although I do believe that Dr. fishman wishes to do no harm, my experience was less than pleasant. During testing, he talked to the nurse about a more interesting patient he had just seen while not explaining the needles he was using with my testing. I felt like I was a less interesting headache...more

Seriously the best neuro I've ever been to. He takes his time with you. Listens to all of your concerns and asks questions about your life outside of why you're there to see him. Truly caring. He takes all the time YOU need. You don't feel rushed out of the exam room. Only downside is that this...more
