Dr. Mukatira is professional and compassionate but quick to prescribe controlled substances. I felt over medicated at times and didn’t feel like she heard my concerns about side effects.

This is the worst place to make an appointment. My psychiatrist retired and set me up with this group and set my appointment. The day of the appointment I called to confirm and was told yes come in at 1pm. At 12:30 I received a phone call stating it was cancelled and was rescheduled February the 16th. I just received a phone call yesterday saying they can not see me at all. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Cathy who answers the phone is rude and no personality. Awful!

Dr. Mukatira is an amazing person as well Psychiatrist. I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Mukatira at Fairhaven Treatment Center. I must say I’ve never met a person more compassionate than Dr. Mukatira. Dr. Mukatira takes pride in providing the best possible care to not only her patients but to the people who work for her as well. I’ve watched her in action many times when she came to Fairhaven Treatment Center to see her clients. The way she carefully tended to each client’s individual’s

Great for young female patients. If u don't want release info/take certain tests,u don't have to.Some places are sterile/clinical/will do things bc they can, gather bulk info then throw an arrow at whatever diagnosis. Here, they will try different meds but only meet you half way on what works. Not good for new diag,2nd opinions/going against peer Dr's.Not renegades of their field or progressive therapists. However,Mukatira and A. Smith are both beautiful, chill and hip to the cosmic joke we call life.
