Really disappointing. At first she was ok, but as time went on she became almost arrogant. She prescribed me a medication that could’ve killed me (per the pharmacy) and her nurse (direct by Dr. Moore) actually called ME to scold me when the pharmacy called them to report the interaction. I have mental health issues and rely heavily on my husband for help in understanding meds and treatments she was dismissive of him and refused to let him be a part of my ongoing treatment. Says one thing in the room, then does something totally different, for instance saying “we’ll wait and see before we order that test” while actually ordering the same test. I dealt with these issues for over a year, and I’m really disappointed, really frustrated. Side note, the office staff is no joke, the worst office staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. Rude, dismissive, judgmental. Awful. Too bad because she’s smart and seems to care, but I can’t deal with a flippant attitude about my health.

Dr Moore, is not someone I would put too much trust into. She lied to my face.,with no explanation. She hides behind her staff and makes them deal with adversity. She decided to take me of all of my medications with no explanation, causing me to have a very bad reaction. When she did that she didn't allow an appointment to be made. She made me feel isolated and left to figuring out my own medical conditions on my own.

I've dealt with the VA for 4 years with absolutely zero help, other than being prescribed meds and having appts canceled on me left and right. Dr. Moore was able to work me in and address every single issue I've been dealing with. See is a godsend. I can't remember the last time I left the doctor feeling like they actually cared about me and wanted to help. She listened, questioned, and spent more time with me than I expected. Had multiple friends recommend her. Best decision ever!
