Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Lin "I believe that making a correct diagnosis leads to a successful treatment.  And making a correct diagnosis depends mainly on taking a thorough history and physical examination from the patient.  Neurological diseases are inherently complicated.  Over-reliance on imaging studies (MRI, CT), without carefully taking history and physical, can lead to confusion and unnecessary treatment.  That's why I always spend plenty of time in each patient's visit.  I also believe "less is better"; if a condition can be treated with a less invasive and less extensive procedure, it should proceed as such."
