The worst most obnoxious. Arrogant doctor I’ve ever met. Don’t bring your loved ones too him.

Office is poorly managed. Appointment times don't matter. I had 11:15 appointed (arrived at 11am), called in at noon, put in the Lab. waited until a tech put me in an exam room, was not seen until Dr came in at 12:30. For some unknown reason patients scheduled after me were seen a head of me. I didn't leave the office until after 1pm.

He is by far the absolute worst Neurologist I have encountered in over 40 years of being a nurse and 18 years as a Nurse Practitioner. He is clearly a bigoted, unprofessional and doesn't even do thorough Neuro exams. His oversights during my hospitalization at Winthrop resulted in an avoidable infarct that he refused to/or was unable to make the correct diagnosis of delirium due to dehydration. Patients BEWARE..Plz request a different neurologist if you happen to be unlucky enough 2 b his Pt!!!

Extremely rude, horrible and unprofessional. I was sent to Dr. Ye as an emergency consult for severe headache, dizziness and vertigo. As a cardiac patient on blood thinners my doctors were worried about bleeding in my brain. After a six hour wait to talk to the staff as you have to leave your number and a message and they will call you back at their convenience. An hour wait for doctor then another 30 minute wait alone in exam room. Unfriendly Doc and all he did was laugh at me. Take these pills

Dr. Ye was one of the first doctors to recognize my adult seizures as a form of epilepsy. Though I am overdue for a follow up and need my medicine level checked, that is my procrastination, not his
