This content was provided by Dr. Cole "Sherman Cole was raised in rural Kansas and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas, where he achieved Departmental Honors in Psychology. He received his MD also from the University of Kansas. He served a total of six years in the Army, and during this time he received his residency training at the Presidio of San Francisco. At the conclusion of his military duty he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. He has particular interest in Depressive and Anxiety Disorders which have been resistant to previous treatment. For decades he has worked through the American Psychiatric Association to deal with issues affecting mental health treatment in the Kansas City area. He treats patients in inpatient and outpatient settings for pharmaceutical management, psychotherapy, and evaluates/performs ECT."

At first i wasn't sure abt Dr. Cole, and my sister who put it into perspective for me. He's a psychiatrist. He's not their to be warm and fuzzy, if you want that go to a therapist. Over an 8 day stay he saw me for a very short time each day. He at times did not look at me as he mumbled. I could not understand him, He never contacted my family about my progress. The Rx He gave me when I went home was not needed, and a few days later one of his associates changed it. Even my...more
