Dr. McQuone is fine as a doctor. She listens, is pleasant, and knowledgeable. BUT - and this is a big issue - the office is so inefficiently run that we literally have never had an office visit in which one of my elderly parents was seen without an hour to an hour and a half wait past their appointment time. We see a number of specialists and I understand a wait of 15-20 minutes, but at this office there is no sense at all that there is anything out of the ordinary for such long wait times.

When I had my first appointment with Dr McQuone, I knew that she was the best doctor in her practice. Before my visit with her, I had appointments with two other ENT doctors and found that she was the most professional and very knowledgeable in her field. Dr McQuone made me feel very comfortable knowing I was in good hands and she was the best choice for my serious Thyroid surgery. After two surgeries, It was proven that her expertise and trust is far above the rest in her field.

She was wonderful.as was her staff. Attentive, explained everything and performed surgery, removing a enlarged gland in my neck that was pressing on vocal cords. I forget the correct name for the surgery. I am 100% satisfied. She is great.
