in Austin, TX |
Dr. Day has the bedside manner of an intake officer at county jail. When doing an initial observation of my Mom, she slap her on the side of the when she looked to her left and not the doctor’s. She made clear her annoyance that her partners had pushed my Mom’s emergency onto her schedule, tried telling us this wasn’t an emergency & to return later. She rushed through it all, before meeting the family in the hall, to give a surgery debrief, her day bag in tow, packed and ready to leave. Not cool
